Jonathan Kilpatrick - CEO
Founding Partner
Jonathan Kilpatrick is Trulight’s founding partner. He is the former Chief Information Officer for the City of Tallahassee and is currently a Cyber Systems Officer in the Florida Air National Guard, serving for more than 33 years.
Jonathan has earned the rank of Lt Colonel and is currently serving as the Cyber Advisor to The Joint Force Headquarters in St Augustine Florida, with a Top-Secret clearance. He has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. In his role with the City of Tallahassee, he was responsible for all technology development and took the lead in implementing innovative technology to provide better service to the city’s customers.
Michael Briggs - Partner
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Briggs is Trulight’s Partner & Chief Revenue Officer. He has spent his more than 30-year career of consulting in information technology and business transformation, gaining insights along the way from North Highland, KPMG LLP, Software AG, EMC, and Pitney Bowes.
Michael’s business transformation engagements include multiple State of Florida agencies, Citizens Property Insurance , MacDill Air Force Base, Alamo Car Rental, Bank of America, Verizon, Holland & Knight LLP, Nielsen Media Research, and Gaylord Palms.
Michael has always leaned in, from the initial meeting through the project to execution, owning the deliverables as promised to the client. He is focused on understanding what his client’s needs are based on intense research and being listening aware.
Mathue Briggs - Partner
Risk Management
Mathue Briggs is Trulight’s Partner for Risk Management, focused on disaster recovery services for the State of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management regarding FEMA compliance.
Mathue has proven to thrive on large, complex data sets that are built into the claims validation process of a major disaster event. With his strong quality assurance skills, Mathue is able to find the issue buried deep in a case, making sure his client is provided accurate information.
Mathue is a Florida native and FSU graduate. His connections into the Florida community of his generation are significant, which drives Trulight’s ability to put forth great resources for our clients.
